
Some of our Favorite Recipes to Cook on Sanibel
Margarita Shrimp Kabobs - for the grill
2 lbs. of fresh shrimp - raw and peeled, marinate in:

2/3 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 jalapeno, minced

2 T. brown sugar
-
2 tsp each. paprika, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper

4 tsp. tequila
-
1 lime, juiced
-
cilantro to taste
Marinate the shrimp for a few hours then skewer them for the grill. Serve with a margarita on the rocks!
